The Pabellon is a dish that has joined us along our history, it has grown with us, with little variations in different region of Venezuela, but always keeping the unique and pure essences of the national dish par excellence, it´s representative of the latin american cuisine, it is difficult to specify the origin but at the end of century XIX it was  recognized in Caracas.
It is composed of White rice, Shredded Beef (carne mechada), black beans and slices of ripe plantain, which are fried, all arranged in a dish standing out it´s color, aroma and flavor.
